Rebuild an Offline Address List Manually

You can update offline address lists manually. For example, if you have just added new recipients to your organization and the offline address list schedule is configured to generate offline address lists once a week, you can manually generate offline address lists to include the new recipients.

To rebuild an offline address list manually:

1. Start System Manager
   On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
2. In the console tree, double-click Recipients, and then click Offline Address Lists.
3. In the details pane, right-click the offline address list you want to rebuild, and then click Rebuild.
