Specify Replication Page Sizes

Paging provides a method to improve replication performance by grouping objects to be replicated before each request for replication. More entries per page causes fewer requests but requires more memory.

To specify replication page sizes:

  1. On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Connector.
  2. In the details pane, double-click the Connection Agreement you want to modify.
  3. On the Advanced tab, under Paged results, designate the number of entries per page you want to use during replication.

Important   The page size for Exchange should not exceed the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) search results setting on your Exchange server. If you set the page size to zero, paging will not occur.
