Create and Manage User Connection Agreements

Connection Agreements synchronize directory objects between Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 directories. You can create new Connection Agreements, enable auto-generated Connection Agreements, and manage existing Connection Agreements from ADC.

Note   Auto-generated Connection Agreements do not display in ADC until you manually create at least one two-way Connection Agreement.

To create and manage Connection Agreements:

  1. On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Connector.
  2. To create a new Connection Agreement, use ADC to set up the Connection Agreement.
  3. To manage an existing Connection Agreement, in the details pane, double-click the Connection Agreement you want to manage, and use ADC to manage the existing Connection Agreement.
