Manage System Policies
Policies are collections of configuration settings that are applied to one or more Exchange objects in Active Directory. An administrator can define a policy that controls configuration settings across multiple servers. Once a policy is defined and implemented, you can change the configuration of all of the servers by editing the policy and applying the changes.
