Some Chat procedures require that you stop and restart the chat
service in order for the functionality to take effect.
To stop and then restart the service:
Close the IRCX folder.
Right-click the IRCX folder.
On the Action menu, click Stop.
When the confirmation box queries, Are you sure you want to
stop the chat service on this server? All user connections to this
server will be terminated., choose Yes.
Right-click the IRCX folder again.
On the Action menu, click Start to restart the
service.
