Associate a Certificate

If you want IMAP4 clients to exchange secure mail with each other, you must associate a certificate with the server. Only connections that have a published certificate containing a public key can access the IMAP4 virtual server.

Note   If the Exchange server is remotely administered, both options are unavailable. Once a certificate is installed, the Communication option becomes available.

To associate a certificate with the server:

• Install a Certificate
• Require a Secure Channel
