Set Mailbox Defaults

Besides configuring message defaults, Exchange allows you to make global settings on the mailboxes in your organization. These consist of message size and recipient limits.

The following mailbox defaults can be set through Message Delivery Properties:

Note   Administrators may also want to designate a mailbox as the SMTP postmaster account. This is the account that will appear in the From line of all NDRs sent out by your organization. For more information, see Set the SMTP Postmaster Account.
