Prepare for Directory Synchronization

Directory synchronization and message exchange between Exchange and a GroupWise directory is initiated by and managed from the Exchange server.

To prepare for directory synchronization:

1. Set up the connection to GroupWise.
2. To specify the following directory synchronization settings:
3. • Export users, contacts, and groups.
   • Import contacts and users.
   • Specify an import filter.
