Connecting to Other Messaging Systems

Restrict Mail Delivery by Address

The GroupWise connector can accept or reject messages from any user, group, or contact in Active Directory who sends a message to a GroupWise user. Delivery restrictions apply only to messages sent from the Exchange organization to the connected GroupWise system; they do not affect inbound messages from GroupWise. By default, the connector accepts all messages for delivery.

Important   Before you set any delivery restrictions, you must create an address space so that messages bound for GroupWise users hosted on a particular post office can be routed to the appropriate connector.

To restrict message delivery to GroupWise by address:

  1. Start System Manager
On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
  2. Navigate to Connector for Novell GroupWise.
