Managing Recipient Settings

Use the Both MIME Option

When you select the MIME encoding option of Both, a plain text and HTML version are generated in a MIME multi-part alternative message. If a user cannot read one format, the other is available.

Important   When you select the MIME encoding option of Both, you cannot select Microsoft Exchange rich-text format.

To configure IMAP4 protocol settings using the Both MIME option:

  1. Start Active Directory Users and Computers
On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Users and Computers.
