Create Custom Recipient Policies For Your Organization

When you create a custom recipient policy, define the membership of the recipient policy by either recipient category, field-level attribute, or both. You can also select the address types that are enabled for the recipient policy. If you select more than one of any address type, you must select which address, for the address type, will be the primary address.

To create recipient policies:

• Create a New Recipient Policy
• Add an Address to a Recipient Policy
• Define Search Filters
• Preview Search Filter Results
• Select a Primary Address
