Create a Routing Group Container

Before you can create routing groups, you must have a routing group container under your administrative groups container.

To create a routing group container:

1. Start System Manager
   On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
2. Right-click the organization name, and then click Properties.
3. On the General tab, under Administrative Views, select the Display Routing Groups check box.
