Delete an Address Space

When you make changes to your system configuration, you may need to add new address spaces or delete existing address spaces.

To delete an existing address space:

  1. Start System Manager
    On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
  2. Navigate to Connectors.
    If you do not have routing groups defined:

    System Manager

    1. Administrative Groups
    2. <Administrative Group>
    3. Connectors

    If you do have routing groups defined:

    System Manager

    1. Administrative Groups
    2. <Administrative Group>
    3. Routing Groups
    4. <Routing Group>
    5. Connectors
  3. Right-click the connector from which you want to delete an address space, and then click Properties.
  4. Click the Address Space tab.
  5. Select the address space that you want to delete from the list, and then click Remove.
  6. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the address space.
