Edit an Address Space

Each Exchange Server SMTP or X.400 connector must have at least one address space.

To edit an address space:

  1. Start System Manager
    On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
  2. Navigate to Connectors.
    If you do not have routing groups defined:

    System Manager

    1. Administrative Groups
    2. <Administrative Group>
    3. Connectors

    If you do have routing groups defined:

    System Manager

    1. Administrative Groups
    2. <Administrative Group>
    3. Routing Groups
    4. <Routing Group>
    5. Connectors
  3. Right-click the connector that contains the address space, and then click Properties.
  4. Click the Address Space tab, and then click Modify.
  5. In Properties, set parameters according to the addressing conventions for the following address space types:
