When consolidating your Instant Messaging users or servicing
your Instant Messaging network, you may need to remove an Instant
Messaging home server or router from your network.
On the Start menu, point to
Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click

Navigate to the

Right-click the Instant Messaging server, and then click

In Delete Instant Messaging Virtual Server:
If the server hosts Instant Messaging user accounts and you
want to move them to a new server, click Move Users. Select
a server from the ones listed in Select a new Instant Messaging
home server for these users. After making the selection, click

Otherwise, clear Move Users first, and then click
Delete.
