You can use the command-line utility, Mailmig.exe, and a combination of switches and a control file to perform a batch-process migration.
The command-line switches are given in the following table.
Switch | Description |
---|---|
/C:File | The location of the control file. The control file is a text file containing parameters and their values, which are separated by commas. |
/A:Account | The administrator account name for a Microsoft Mail for PC Networks or Novell GroupWise post office, or an LDAP or IMAP server. For a Lotus Notes migration, Account is the path to the Notes ID file used for migration. This switch is not necessary for migration file import or for Lotus cc:Mail or Collabra Share migration. For Exchange migration, type the name of an account that has administrative privileges for the mailboxes that you are migrating. |
/P:Password | The password for the administrator account on the Microsoft Mail for PC Networks, Lotus cc:Mail, or Lotus Notes post office; for Exchange, the LDAP or IMAP server; or the Novell GroupWise migration ID. The password is not necessary for migration file import. |
/S | Silent mode. No error dialogs are displayed. All errors are written to the Event Log. |
/?/h/help | Displays Help text. |
