Configure Folder Appearance in Address Book

For every mail-enabled public folder you create, an Address Book entry is created. By default, a folder is hidden from users until you make the entry visible and specify a display name. If a folder in Address Book is hidden, users can still post messages to the folder if they know its address and type it in the To box of a message. By displaying a public folder in Address Book, you make it easier for all users to access it.
