Folders
Create a New Top-Level Root
Each top level root exists on the same level as the Public
Folders hierarchy and uses its own database to store folder
structure and contents.
To create a new top-level root:
- Start System Manager
On the Start menu, point to
Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click
System Manager.
- If administrative groups are displayed, expand
Administrative Groups, and then expand the group you want to
work with.
- Right-click Folders, point to New, and then click
Public Folder Tree.
- In Name, type a name for the new public folder
tree.
- To create the new public folder tree, in Properties,
click OK.
