Schedule Replication
If the majority of folders contain information that rarely changes, you can schedule less frequent replication for all folders in the same store. If one folder contains time-critical information that is updated more often, you can set up more frequent replication to ensure that all replicas remain current. You can also schedule replication during non-peak hours to reduce message traffic.
Replication schedules can be set for specific folders, or you can set one replication schedule for all folders in the same database.
