Queue Viewer is designed to manage and administer queues and the messages inside them. Queue
Viewer is also useful when troubleshooting message flow issues.
Note Administrators can use
Queue Viewer to view and manage messages in a particular
link queue but not in an individual
destination queue.
Queue Viewer cannot control messages beyond the
next-destination server. For example, a
GroupWise Connector on your Exchange server, called Server A, could
be holding ten messages. Five are addressed to Server C and five
are addressed to Server D, but in order to reach those destination
servers, they must all pass through Server B. Queue Viewer will
display all ten messages inside a queue representing the link to
Server B, the next-destination server.
