Access the Queue

The following topic describes how to access Queues on your SMTP virtual server, X.400 object, or connector so you can examine and manage the queues.

Note   Exchange 2000 queues support the SMTP, X.400, and MAPI protocols. The way you access a given queue in System Manager depends on the protocol of the queues.

To access queues:

1. Start System Manager
   On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
2. Navigate to the desired queue.

   For SMTP queues

   1. Servers
   2. Server
   3. Protocols
   4. SMTP
   5. SMTP virtual servers
   6. SMTP virtual server
   7. Queues
   8. queue

   For X.400 queues
