Set Message Display

By default, Exchange displays the columns of message information in the details pane in a specific order.

To change the order of the columns:

  1. Start System Manager
    On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
  2. On the View menu, click Choose Columns.
  3. To add columns via Modify Columns, select an item in the Hidden columns list, and then click Add.
  4. To hide columns via Modify Columns, select an item in the Displayed columns list, and then click Remove.
  5. (Optional) Change the order of the columns by selecting a column, and then click Move up or Move down.
