Troubleshooting

Instant Messaging

Microsoft Exchange 2000 Instant Messaging Service allows users on a TCP/IP network to participate in live, or real-time, conversations—just as they do on the telephone or in a chat room. You may experience specific problems when managing Instant Messaging for your organization; for example, you may have problems installing Instant Messaging, or your Instant Messaging clients may be unable to send or receive instant messages.
