With Microsoft Outlook Web Access you can configure Exchange so that users can access e-mail, calendar information, shared applications, and content in Exchange public folders using a Web browser. You may experience specific problems when managing Outlook Web Access; for example, your clients may be unable to connect to their mailboxes using Outlook Web Access, or you may want to disable Outlook Web Access for some of your users.
