The Microsoft® Exchange Server Analyzer Tool queries the Active Directory® directory service to determine whether all the mailbox stores in the storage group have the same maintenance schedule. If the storage group container (class msExchStorageGroup) has two or more mailbox store objects (class msExchPrivMDB), the Exchange Server Analyzer checks the activationSchedule attribute of each mailbox store object. If the Exchange Server Analyzer finds that these values (stored as octet strings) are the same for each mailbox store, or that they overlap, a warning is displayed.
By default, the mailbox store maintenance processes run nightly from 1:00 A.M. to 5:00 A.M. Because of the server resources required for the maintenance processes, it is recommended that you modify the maintenance schedules so that the mailbox stores have schedules that differ by at least 15 minutes.
