Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 setup cannot continue because the logged on user does not have the account permissions that are required to write to the organization container in the Active Directory directory service.

Microsoft Exchange setup requires that the user who is logged on when Exchange 2007 is installed has Enterprise Administrator or Exchange Organization administrative credentials.

As part of the installation process, Exchange 2007 setup may have to create objects in the Microsoft Exchange organization container.

To resolve this issue, grant the logged-on user Enterprise Administrator or Exchange Organization Administrator permissions, or log on with an account that has those permissions and rerun Exchange 2007 setup.

Important:
Cross forest installation of Exchange 2007 is not supported. Use an account that is a member of the Active Directory forest where you are installing Exchange 2007.

For more information about Active Directory permissions that are needed with Microsoft Exchange, see "Working with Active Directory Permissions in Exchange Server" (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=47592).
