1. Start Exchange Server Best Practices Analyzer by running ExBPA.exe.

2. Choose if you want to download the latest rules.

3. On the Welcome page, choose Select a Best Practices report to view.

4. Select the report you want to view from the list of locally stored reports.

   The tool creates the list from the files stored at <systemdrive>\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\ExBPA. When you click a report, the tool displays more information about the size and scope of this report. Click View this report to see the full report.

   You can also import a report from another location by clicking Import report in the upper-right corner of the page. If the version of your ExBPA.Config.xml file does not match the version used to collect the data in the imported report, the tool might re-analyze the imported file after the import.

5. View the Exchange Server Best Practices Analyzer report.
