Microsoft® Exchange Server 2007 setup cannot continue because the local computer requires a software update.

Exchange 2007 setup requires that the MSDAPS.DLL update referenced below be installed on the local computer.

To resolve this issue, download and install the update linked below, and then rerun Exchange 2007 setup.
