The Microsoft® Exchange Server Analyzer Tool has determined that your disk array controller does not have the write-back cache set correctly for the drives that host the transaction logs.
It is recommended that you enable the write-back cache to 100 percent on your array controller for all drives that host transaction logs. Transaction logs are rarely read from. The more write speed that is available to a transaction log drive, the better a server that is running Exchange Server will perform.
To correct this warning-
Enable write-back cache.
