The Microsoft® Exchange Server Analyzer Tool reads the following registry entry on global catalog servers to determine whether the TCP/IP Port registry key is set:
If the Exchange Server Analyzer finds that the TCP/IP Port registry key has been created and is set, a non-default configuration message is displayed.
The TCP/IP Port registry key is required when a global catalog server needs to use a specific port for servicing MAPI clients. If you do not have such a requirement in your Exchange environment, you can remove this key.

To delete the TCP/IP port on the global catalog server
Open a registry editor, such as Regedit.exe or Regedt32.exe.
Navigate to: HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NTDS\Parameters
Right-click the TCP/IP Port key, and then click Delete.
Close the registry editor.
Restart the computer for this setting to take effect.
