Use the Update-ServicePlan cmdlet to update tenant organizations from one service plan offering to another service plan offering, or when you update service plan features.

Detailed Description
This cmdlet runs in two modes. One mode allows you to update the service plan and update the mailboxes with the new features. The other mode, which runs with the ConfigOnly switch, updates only the service plan's configuration.
