Use the Content Filtering feature to enable or disable the Content Filter agent on the local computer and to access the properties pages for the Content Filter agent.

The Content Filter agent assigns a spam confidence level (SCL) rating to each inbound message that comes from the Internet. The SCL rating is a number between 0 and 9. A higher SCL rating indicates that a message is more likely to be spam.

Enable or Disable

To enable or disable the Content Filter agent, in the action pane, click Enable or Disable.

Properties

To view the current content filtering configuration and to manage content filtering, in the action pane, click Properties. For detailed steps about configuring content filtering, see Configure Content Filtering Properties.
