Sharing policies allow you to control how users in your organization can share calendar and contact information with users outside your organization.

To focus on a set of items in the result pane that have specific attributes, you can use a variety of expressions to filter the list. For more information about filters, see Filter the Result Pane.

You can also use the Exchange Management Shell to manage all aspects of sharing policies. For more information, see the following topics:

When you select a sharing policy in the result pane, the following options are available when you right-click the name of the policy or use the action pane:

Set as Default

Click Set as Default to set the selected sharing policy as the default policy.

This action isn't available when the default policy is selected.

Remove

Click Remove to delete the selected sharing policy. This action isn't available when the default policy is selected. To remove a default policy, assign a different policy as the default policy.
