This procedure disables ECP for all tenants. You must perform this procedure on all Client Access servers in your organization.

Use Registry Editor to disable ECP

Start Registry Editor (regedit).
Navigate to \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ExchangeServer\v14.
In the console tree, right-click v14, point to New, and then click DWORD (32-bit) Value.
In the result pane, rename the new DWORD value to OMECPDisabled.

You don't need to assign a value to the registry key.
Restart the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service for the changes to take effect.
