Keyboard shortcuts in the Exchange admin center
In addition, some accessibility features and utilities of Windows may benefit Exchange users with disabilities. Also, Windows PowerShell size and color changes provide accessibility options when using the Exchange Management Shell. Accessibility features of Exchange Help
Every figure in Help for Microsoft Exchange, including screenshots, diagrams, flow charts, and other figures, has associated alternate text. Users who have difficulty viewing figures can pause the cursor on the figure to read the alternate text. The alternate text describes what is illustrated in the figure.

Accessibility features of Windows
The Windows operating system has many built-in accessibility features that are useful for individuals who have difficulty typing or using a mouse, are blind or have low vision, or who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.
