Use the Get-HybridMailflowDatacenterIPs cmdlet to retrieve the IP addresses of the Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP) service data centers.

Detailed Description
The Get-HybridMailflowDatacenterIPs cmdlet supports hybrid deployments and lists the IP addresses of EOP service data centers that support hybrid deployments. The list isn't specific to any on-premises Exchange organization.
You need to be assigned permissions before you can run this cmdlet. Although all parameters for this cmdlet are listed in this topic, you may not have access to some parameters if they're not included in the permissions assigned to you.
