Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Setup cannot continue because the local computer is not running Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (SP2) or a later version.
Microsoft Exchange 2010 Setup requires that the computer that is used for Microsoft Exchange server roles be running Windows Server 2008 SP2 or a later version.
To resolve this issue, do the following:
- Run Exchange 2010 Setup from a computer that is running Windows
Server 2008 SP2 or a later version.
- Upgrade the computer where you want to install Exchange 2010
server roles to Windows Server 2008 SP2 or a later version.
For more information about Windows Server 2008 SP2, see the Windows Server 2008 technical documentation at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=110980.
