Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 Setup can’t continue because a Windows feature or update requires that the computer be restarted to complete installation. Windows features may have been installed manually or during Exchange 2013 Setup if you chose to have Setup install Windows components for you.

To resolve this issue, restart the computer and then run Exchange Setup again.
