Use the Move Options page to specify the actions that the Move Mailbox wizard will take if it finds corrupted messages in a mailbox that is being moved.
You can specify one of the following actions.
- Skip the mailbox
-
If you click this button, and you are moving multiple mailboxes, any mailboxes with corrupted messages will not be moved. Mailboxes without any corrupted messages will be moved.
- Skip the corrupted messages
-
If you click this button, the wizard will not move corrupted messages, but will attempt to move the mailbox.
Also, if you click this button, you can use the Maximum number of messages to skip box to specify the maximum number of messages per mailbox to skip. If this maximum number of messages is reached, the wizard will skip the entire mailbox. The move operation will be rolled back, and the mailbox will not be moved from its source location. No action is taken on the corrupted messages. The mailbox will remain unchanged at the source location.
Note: The number range for the Maximum number of messages to skip box is from 0 through 2,147,483,647. Entering 0 has the same effect as clicking Skip the mailbox. The wizard will not skip any corrupted messages. It will skip the mailbox if it finds any corrupted messages.
