Use the Edit Transport Rule page of the Edit Transport Rule wizard to modify the conditions, actions, and exceptions that the rule applies to messages.
Conditions
- Step 1: Select conditions

Use this list of options to modify the conditions that, if found to be true for a message, mean that the actions that are defined later in the wizard are applied to the message.
- The options are phrased in general terms that you make more
specific in Step 2 lower on the page. For example, if you select
from people in Step 1, you define exactly which people you mean in
Step 2.
For each condition that you select in Step 1, look for blue underlined text in Step 2.
