This topic explains how to use Web Parts in Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access in Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 to open the calendar folder in a mailbox that you are not logged on to.
Outlook Web Access Web Parts lets you access Outlook Web Access content directly by using a URL.

To use Outlook Web Access Web Parts, both your mailbox and the mailbox that you are accessing through a Web Part must be in the same Active Directory forest. |
Before You Begin
To perform this procedure, the account that you use must be granted Full Access permissions to the mailbox that you are accessing. You can use Exchange Management Console to grant Full Access permissions to another user's mailbox. For more information, see How to Enable Explicit Logons in Outlook Web Access.
Procedure
To use Outlook Web Access to open the calendar folder in the mailbox of another user

Enter the following URL:
https://
Outlook Web Access URL/owa/
SMTP address of the other mailbox/?cmd=contents&module=calendar
- If you are already logged on to
Outlook Web Access by using a user ID that has
Full Access permissions to the mailbox, the calendar opens
immediately.
- If you are not already logged on to
Outlook Web Access, you receive a logon prompt. If this
occurs, log on by using a user ID that has Full Access
permissions to the mailbox.
- If you are already logged on to
Outlook Web Access by using a user ID that has
Full Access permissions to the mailbox, the calendar opens
immediately.
