Transport settings apply to all Hub Transport servers in the Exchange organization. Use the properties of the transport settings to manage the following settings:
- Message size limits
- Transport dumpster settings
- Internal Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) servers that are
exempt from Sender ID and connection filtering
- Delivery Status Notification (DSN) messages for internal
message senders that are copied to the Microsoft Exchange
