Use the Manage Clustered Mailbox Server wizard to move, stop, and start a clustered mailbox server (CMS). The Exchange Management Shell can also be used to perform the tasks that are available in this wizard. Although Cluster Administrator and the Cluster.exe command-line tool can move, stop, and start cluster resource groups between nodes, you should not use either of them to manage a CMS. Instead, the preferred way to move, stop, or start a CMS is to use the Manage Clustered Mailbox Server wizard in the Exchange Management Console, or the equivalent cmdlets in the Exchange Management Shell, which are:

The Introduction page identifies the CMS to be managed in the Clustered mailbox server field. It is a good idea to verify that the correct CMS was selected when the wizard was launched.
