Use the Public Computer File Access tab to configure the file access and viewing options that are available if a user selects This is a public computer while they are logging on to Outlook Web Access. File access lets a user open any file that is attached to an e-mail message and files that are available through Windows file share and Windows SharePoint Services document libraries.

Note:
The Direct File Access Settings are applied to Private Computer File Access and Public Computer File Access. Even though they can be set from either tab, you cannot have different settings for each.
