Use the Progress page to view the Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1) upgrade progress.
- Organization Preparation

Performs all the tasks necessary to prepare Active Directory and the domain for Exchange 2007.
Updates the Active Directory schema if you have not already done so in your organization. Creates Exchange configuration objects in Active Directory if you have not already done so in your organization.

Stops Exchange services and performs other tasks that are required before uninstalling the previous version of Exchange.
- Remove Exchange Files

Uninstalls the Exchange files from the previous version of Exchange.
- Preparing Files

Prepares files.
- Copy Exchange Files

Copies the Exchange files to the current installation directory.
- Server Roles

Upgrades each of the server roles that were previously installed.
