Use the Edit Blocked Senders dialog box on the Blocked Senders tab to edit the individual e-mail addresses, individual domains, or domains with all subdomains on the blocked senders list. Only one text box appears in this dialog box. It is labeled according to the type of blocked sender. For example, if the blocked sender is an individual e-mail address, the text box is labeled Individual e-mail address. If the blocked sender is a domain, the text box is labeled Domain.

Individual e-mail address

In this field, type the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) address of the sender that you want to block. For example, type kim@contoso.com.

Domain

In this field, type the domain name, such as contoso.com.

Include all subdomains

To include all subdomains that are associated with the domain in the Domain field, select this option. For example, the mail.contoso.com subdomain would be included with the contoso.com domain.
