Use the Manage Clustered Mailbox Server wizard to move, stop, and start a clustered mailbox server (CMS). The Exchange Management Shell can also be used to perform the tasks that are available in this wizard. Although Cluster Administrator and the Cluster.exe command-line tool can move, stop, and start cluster resource groups between nodes, you should not use either of them to manage a CMS. Instead, the preferred way to move, stop, or start a CMS is to use the Manage Clustered Mailbox Server wizard in the Exchange Management Console, or the equivalent cmdlets in the Exchange Management Shell, which are:
The Progress page is used to perform the management action selected on the Introduction page and to display progress information while the management action is being performed.
Click the button labeled with the selected management action to perform the task: Stop, Start, or Move. Progress information is displayed while the task is being performed. After the task is complete, the Completion page appears.
