Use the Message Size Restrictions dialog box to specify the size limit for messages that are sent or received by the mail-enabled public folder.
- Sending message size

- Select the Maximum message size (in KB) check box to
configure a sending message size restriction for this mail-enabled
public folder. Use the text box to type the maximum message size in
kilobytes (KB) that the public folder is allowed to send. The value
range is from 0 KB through 2,097,151 KB.
- If the mail-enabled public folder attempts to send a message
that is larger than the size specified, a descriptive error message
is displayed and the send operation is stopped.
- Clear this check box to remove any size restrictions for
sending messages.

configure a sending message size restriction for this mail-enabled
public folder. Use the text box to type the maximum message size in
kilobytes (KB) that the public folder is allowed to send. The value
range is from 0 KB through 2,097,151 KB.
- Received message size

- Select the Maximum message size (in KB) check box to
configure a receiving message size restriction for this
mail-enabled public folder. Use the text box to type the maximum
message size in KB that the public folder is allowed to receive.
The value range is from 0 KB through 2,097,151 KB.
- If a sender attempts to send a message to this public folder
that is larger than the size specified, the message is returned to
the sender with a descriptive error message.
- Clear this check box to remove any size restrictions for
receiving messages.
- Select the Maximum message size (in KB) check box to
configure a receiving message size restriction for this
mail-enabled public folder. Use the text box to type the maximum
message size in KB that the public folder is allowed to receive.
The value range is from 0 KB through 2,097,151 KB.
