Use the Address space page of the New SMTP Send Connector wizard to specify a domain or a domain and all its subdomains for which the Send connector will send mail. You can configure only an SMTP address space by using the Exchange Management Console. To configure a non-SMTP address space, you must use the New-SendConnector cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell. Non-SMTP address spaces may only be configured on Send connectors that exist on Hub Transport servers.

To specify a domain to which this Send connector will route mail, click Add, and then in the Domain field, type the domain name as follows, for example: contoso.com. To also use this connector to route mail to all subdomains of the address space, select Include all subdomains.
You can also include all domain names by entering wildcard characters (*) as follows, for example: "*" or "*.com". Wildcard characters are only permitted when specifying domains or subdomains as defined in RFC 1035. For example, "*.contoso.com" is permitted, but "*contoso.com" is not permitted.
