The first screen for the Exchange Troubleshooting Assistant has two sections:

The symptom-driven section is for troubleshooting performance issues, mail flow issues, or database issues, such as storage mounting problems. The related functions include items like trace control, message tracking search, and database recovery management.

Some items may be available for Exchange 2007 servers only.

The Exchange Troubleshooting Assistant will have to be installed on a workstation or server that is running a U.S. English version of the Microsoft Windows operating system.
