The following tasks are accessed through the Microsoft Exchange Troubleshooting Assistant:
- Exchange Performance Troubleshooter
- Exchange Database Troubleshooter
- Exchange Database Recovery Management
- Exchange Mail Flow Troubleshooter
The first screen for the Exchange Troubleshooting Assistant has two sections:
- a set of symptom-driven selections
- a set of related functionality selections
The symptom-driven section is for troubleshooting performance issues, mail flow issues, or database issues, such as storage mounting problems. The related functions include items like trace control, message tracking search, and database recovery management.
